Cops alert of specific video on Canberra

Online marketplace groups cops have warned social media users not to share a video believed to illustrate kid pornography and which appeared on many online buy, swap and sell pages on Sunday.ACT Policing said the video had appeared on Facebook feeds of people who were members of numerous online marketplace groups for Canberrans.The still image of the video showed it contained child exploitation product, and authorities prompted people not to click on it because they may discover the images stressful.They also cautioned users not to the forward the video or any images connected with the video to any individual, consisting of authorities or Crime Stoppers, as they ran the risk of being penalized for the offence of forwarding kid exploitation product.An ACT Policing spokesperson encouraged anyone who discovered the video to report it to Facebook, which might notify authorities and get rid of the post from the user's feed.
